• Real Estate Leasing, Renting & Sales Executive

Responsibilities:

Responsible for formulation of tactics to optimize short and long-term leasing and accordingly, financial performance.
Establish strong relationship with various residential and commercial (shops & malls) prospective clients such as corporates, key stores and retail chains and use the same in obtaining leasing opportunities and debt collection.
Stay abreast with market and customer trends and advise management on asset leasing opportunities and pricing for leasing real estates.
Ensure achieving targeted revenues of leasing of real estate units on monthly basis.
Ensure achieving monthly debt collections targets.

Qualifications

Graduate of any degree.
MUST HAVE 4+ years’ experience in Real Estate leasing/ selling/ renting in GCC including at least 1 year in Oman.
Proven records of relationship building and debt collection.
Energetic, self-starter and self-motivated
Excellent interpersonal, communication and facilitation skills with the ability to influence management regarding proposed tactics.
Being Omani national is a definite advantage.
